My professional experience in the field of notarial activity was formed during several years of work in European countries, where I acquired in-depth knowledge of the continental legal system and practical skills in notarial support of civil and corporate transactions. During this period, I was involved in certifying contracts, filing inheritance cases, working with real estate, as well as preparing and legalizing documents for international use.
After completing my internship in Europe, I continued my professional career in Japan, in Tokyo. Working in the Japanese legal system required a thorough study of national legislation, as well as strict adherence to established procedures and standards of notary practice. In Japan, special importance is attached to the preventive function of the notary aimed at minimizing legal risks and ensuring legal certainty between the parties.
In Tokyo, I provided notarial support for transactions involving foreign citizens and international companies, ensuring that the documents comply with the requirements of Japanese law and the norms of foreign jurisdictions. My European experience has allowed me to work effectively in a multi-jurisdiction environment, take into account differences in legal systems and ensure the legal correctness of cross-border transactions.
Professional activity in Japan has contributed to the development of high legal discipline, attention to detail and skills of intercultural interaction. The combination of the European law school and the Japanese approach to notary practice has shaped my professional profile based on accuracy, responsibility and strict adherence to the principles of legality.
